What is stimming?
Stimming encompasses repetitive, stimulating behavior, such as drumming fingers, rocking back and forth, and repetitive playing or fiddling with objects.
Repetitive body movements or repetitive movement of objects is referred to as self-stimulatory behavior or stimming. It may also be called stereotypy.
